LATE POLICY

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running late, stuck in traffic, train delays, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day by delaying your service provider for clients who came in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will be allowed a 10 minutes grace period. If you are able to make it on time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of your services if not all in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. If the services cannot be completed at all we will try our best to book the next earliest appointment as possible. Please always call if you think you may be late; we'd rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

HAUS OF WAX is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional T-L-C, therefore when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from receiving our amazing service. HAUS OF WAX asks that you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a charge equal to a 50% fee of all total services reserved.  **Please be sure prior to any appointment that all waiver forms are filled out and signed including cancellation policy form.**
